Privacy Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Spin Wheelhouse collects when you use the site, how we use it and the rights you have. In short: there are no accounts, and your wheels stay in your browser.
1. Introduction
Spin Wheelhouse ("we", "us" or "our") runs the website at spinwheelhouse.com (the "Service"). This policy applies to everyone who visits or uses the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2. Information We Collect
Stored on your device. Your wheel entries, titles and settings are saved in your browser's local storage so they're there when you come back. They stay on your device and are not sent to our servers.
Collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider receives standard technical information needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested and the time of the request.
Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Share links. When you share a wheel, its entries, title and colors are stored in the link itself. Anyone you give the link to can see that wheel, so only share what you're comfortable sharing.
3. How We Use Information
- To run, maintain and deliver the Service
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse
- To fix problems and improve the Service
- To reply to your messages
- To comply with the law
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We don't set cookies of our own. The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember your wheels and settings, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from attacks and bots.
5. Advertising and Analytics
The Service does not currently show ads or use analytics. If we add advertising (such as Google AdSense) or analytics in the future, we will update this policy before we do, including what those services collect and how you can opt out.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical information described above to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties or of websites we link to.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of the Service.
8. Data Security
The Service is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
Information in your browser stays until you delete it. We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and for our records. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention policies.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing or to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email contact@spinwheelhouse.com. We will respond within 30 days.
11. Users in the EEA and UK
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR or similar laws may apply. We process information based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the Service, to respond to you, or to meet legal obligations. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
12. California Residents
California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to opt out of its sale or sharing and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email contact@spinwheelhouse.com.
13. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in countries where a higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
